Israeli-born, New York-based jazz drummer whose debut "Hearts Of Palm" gathers a world-class ensemble.
Originally from Kibbutz Yakum in Israel, Eden Har-Gil is a New York-based drummer and composer. He laid his musical foundation under Israeli drum master David Rich before studying at the Israeli Conservatory of Music, William Paterson University (Magna cum Laude, 2020) and NYU Steinhardt under mentors such as Lenny White and Dave Liebman. Since moving to New York in 2020 he has performed at venues like the Blue Note and ShapeShifter Lab alongside musicians including Dezron Douglas, Caroline Davis and Martin Wind. His debut album "Hearts Of Palm" (2024) gathers original compositions performed by a world-class ensemble; at its core, saxophonists Caroline Davis and Lo Wood engage in eloquent dialogues, anchored by A-list bassist Dezron Douglas.
